Is it safe to merge confidential PDFs here? +
Yes. Merging happens entirely in your browser with the open-source pdf-lib library. The files are never sent to a server.
Will links, text and quality be preserved? +
Pages are copied as they are, so text stays selectable and images keep their quality. Some document-level features, such as bookmarks or form fields spread across files, may not carry over.
Can I merge password-protected PDFs? +
Encrypted PDFs usually cannot be merged. Remove the password in your PDF reader first, then try again.
How many files can I merge? +
There is no fixed limit. Very large documents depend on the memory available in your browser.
